As a sales engineer/manager/team coordinator and mentor trained in coaching and team cohesion at HEC
Paris and in individual cognitive and behavioural coaching at the University of Paris
VIII Saint-Denis, introduced to the systemic approach by Alain Cardon
(Metasystemes)and change management at ESSEC Paris, Associate Certified
Coach (ICF), I wish to share a clear vision of human development, change management and
collective intelligence and place it at the service of our clients, their talents and their teams.
A resolutely systemic approach combined with in-depth knowledge of the business world and the women and men
who create it, high-level coaching, strong expertise in change management, an ethical framework and clear
principles for action, accreditation from a standards body, supervision in our practice – all these elements
make Artemis a special partner for all key business players in their individual and
collective transformation projects.
Aware of the role and the place given to women in our organisations, I provide voluntary support for the
international PWN (Professional Women's Network) in Paris.
A global traveller, logical but intuitive, I am fascinated by the quantum world, paradox, the systemic
approach and synchronicity, but even more by personal development and collective performance, change and
team agility.
I relax by reading myths and the great classics of history and literature, Russian in particular, making
regular visits to the great art galleries, sailing and enjoying the pleasure of Parisian strolls.
I work equally in French or English in Paris, Geneva or Moscow.
